The MIB / IBCM manufacture was created in 1955 by M. S. CHAPUIS.
The company has started its activity with compression press for wood industry. In 1962, it has developped its activity in Mechanical and building sectors with the standards machines like press brakes and shears machines.

Over the years, MIB HYDRO has changed it process regarding the markets' evolution and provided special machines according to customer's specifications.

MIB HYDRO moved two times and now is located  in THE CHAMBON-FEUGEROLLES (42500).
It was a family company until 1998. At this time, DIMECO Group's became the principal actions owner of MIB HYDRO.

In the same year, MIB HYDRO obtained the AFAQ Certification (Quality certification) : ISO 9001.
